THE LONG KEPT SECRET CALLED FACIAL MASSAGING

We're all adults who don't always eat the right things, sleep at the right time and overlook a lot of other rights and wrongs in life. But one fine night, while scrolling through a number of articles on skin care, I learnt that there was no right product for my skin-- but there was a right way to touch it.
"What?", I thought raising an eyebrow and then was when I discovered this long kept secret to a beautiful skin that was technically in front of my eyes all the while.

Have you ever wondered, what might have the ancient Koreans done that graceful skin is almost like in their DNA now? The answer is a massage. Massages are bringing magic since a long time known, and this time its for your face.
A little facial massage done as frequent as twice a day to maybe just 3-4 times a week will result in such benefits over your skin that the world will notice. Start counting-

Relaxes the skin- Try doing one before bed time and you'll doze off in no time.
Increases skin firmness- The deep stimulating motions in the massage induces blood circulation under the skin, which helps everything else happen on its own.
Defines jaw line- When the skin of your face is uplifted and firm enough, the only fine line on your face will be the jawline. ;)
Glowing skin.
Lymphatic drainage- This is a scientific term for the skins natural cleansing system. It stimulates the flow of white blood cells through our skin which in turn acts as a natural detox.

You won't want to do a lot of it and neither too less. For sensitive, acne prone, oily skin- use light touch with less pressure.
This is one skin care routine that doesn't need you to take out an hour from those busy schedules. It can be fit in effortlessly at the time of moisturising/ cleansing daily.

Prepare for it- wash your hands with an anti-bacterial soap. Tie back the beautiful tresses.
Now wash face clean with a foam face wash because the massage helps the ingredients seep deeper into the skin and work in bringing effects out earlier than usual.

You can use either your favourite facial oil (tea tree oil or an anti-aging oil) or your regular moisturiser would do too.

If you want a more spa like experience, once in a while, you can steam your face a little after cleaning & before the massage.
Now just follow the steps for a good 5-10 minutes twice a day and let your skin do the rest.

1. Start with you upper and under lips area and cover it in a circular track.
2. Be careful with the eyes, in less pressure touch, cover the skin around your eyes in 3-5 rounds.
3. Work around the corners of your nose, thats where a lot of bacteria building happens.
4. In straight lines, massage over your nose. (the stimulation will also loosen & hence clean up any junk in your nose in case you're going through cold)
5. Making circular motions and straight lines both, massage your cheek bones and below.
6. Cover the forehead in circular motions and do not forget the temples.
7. Give your jaw line and chin a good massage too.
8. Last but not the least, neck is a part of your face too! You don't want a sagging neck below a highly maintained face.

LET US KNOW IF YOU'VE ANY PAST EXPERIENCES WITH FACE MASSAGING..
